Foundations of Animal Communication
Animals communicate with us all the time—through energy, emotion, and subtle shifts we can learn to recognize. This introductory workshop offers a gentle, practical approach to understanding those signals and developing your intuitive connection with the animals in your life.
You’ll explore the basics of sensing versus thinking, learn simple methods to quiet the mind, and practice receiving impressions through guided exercises. We’ll also explore basic energetic awareness, including how to create a calm, grounded space that animals feel comfortable entering.
This class is open to complete beginners as well as those with some intuitive experience who want a supportive framework for communicating with animals. Come with curiosity, an open heart, and the willingness to listen in a new way.

Amid the rush of the holidays, pause and reconnect with the simple gifts this season offers — presence, creativity, and heart. However the season finds you — joyful, nostalgic, or tender — you are welcome here.
You’ll be gently guided in a shamanic journey to touch into the deeper spirit of the season — a sacred space to listen, reflect, and discover what wants to come forward. No prior experience with shamanic journeying needed.
Afterward, it’s time to play! There will be cookies to decorate and space to journal or draw about your journey, settling into creativity at your own pace. While guests reflect and create, I'll be offering individual mini readings, providing a calm, quiet space for personal guidance during the gathering.
You’ll leave refreshed, inspired, and carrying a touch of sweetness — for your mind, body, and spirit.

Monthly Online Journey Circle
Next Gathering: Sunday, December 28 | 7:00–8:00 p.m. (PT)
As the week comes to a close, you’re invited into a space designed to help you exhale the old, welcome the new, and step into Monday feeling centered, refreshed, and supported.
Held on the last Sunday of each month, this circle offers a welcoming pause from the noise of everyday life. Through the practice of shamanic journeying — a meditation-like process — you’ll discover new ways of listening inward and reconnecting with what already lives inside you.
Each circle begins with an invitation into the journey space, guided by a theme or intention for the evening. You’re welcome to follow the suggested focus, or simply allow your own spirit to lead you toward what you most need in the moment. However it unfolds, this time is yours.
After the journey, you’ll have space to journal, draw, or reflect, and an opportunity to share your experience in a circle of kindred travelers.
