Journey for Guidance from Spirit

Service Description

In many shamanic traditions, compassionate helping spirits are understood to offer guidance, insight, and perspective for our lives. In this session, we set a clear intention and enter a shamanic journey to receive guidance from the spiritual helpers who support you on your path. There are several ways this work can unfold. Some clients prefer to journey themselves with spoken guidance or drumming. In other sessions, I journey on the client’s behalf and share the messages that emerge. Sometimes we journey at the same time and then reflect together on what each of us experienced. After the journey, we take time to explore what emerged, discuss the symbols or impressions that appeared, and consider how the guidance may apply to the questions or situations you are navigating. These journeys are often helpful when you are seeking clarity about a life situation, decision, transition, or deeper spiritual direction. Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet, and can include live drumming or a drumming track. No previous journey experience is required. People experience shamanic journeys in many different ways—through images, sensations, emotions, or simply a sense of knowing. There is no right or wrong way to journey. Session Length Options Session Length Options 60 minutes — Journey Session Includes intention setting, the journey itself, and time afterward to explore the guidance received. 75 minutes — Most Popular Allows additional space to explore questions in more depth and integrate the messages that emerge from the journey. 90 minutes — Deep Journey Work Spacious time for deeper exploration and integration. Longer sessions allow us to explore the guidance more fully and reflect on how it may apply to the situations or choices you are navigating. This can include practices such as symbolic object work, intuitive placement exercises, or other forms of integration that help translate the journey experience into everyday understanding.
