Reiki creates a calm, supportive space for your body and energy field to return to balance. During the session, Reiki energy is offered from a distance while you rest comfortably in your own space. Many people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, or renewed clarity as the body shifts out of stress and back toward its natural state of regulation. These sessions can support times of stress, transition, fatigue, emotional processing, or simply the desire to reconnect with yourself and restore your energy. When appropriate, intuitive impressions or grounding insights may arise and can be shared afterward if you would like. Sessions are conducted remotely. You may choose to connect over Google Meet, or simply relax in your own space and receive at the scheduled time. This service is offered for both people and animals. Session Length Options 30 minutes — Quick Reset A focused Reiki session that supports relaxation and energetic balance. Ideal for a check-in, ongoing support, or when time is limited. 45 minutes — Most Popular Allows more time for the body and energy field to settle and reset. Many clients find this length offers a balanced experience of relaxation and restoration. 60 minutes — Deep Restoration A spacious session that allows the nervous system to fully unwind while Reiki flows through the energy body, supporting deeper integration and renewal. People experience Reiki in many different ways, and there is no right or wrong way to receive the session. Some people notice sensations or deep relaxation during Reiki, while others simply notice shifts in the hours or days afterward. Like many forms of energetic or body-based care, Reiki can have a cumulative effect over time. Many people find that receiving sessions regularly supports deeper balance, resilience, and overall well-being.
